If you wish to register your son/daughter at Calvary the procedure is as follows:



• Send us an e-mail requesting application forms OR
• Come to the school and collect a copy of the application forms.
• Complete these forms as soon as possible, as we invariably have waiting lists  for the different grades.
• Submit all the required documentation with your application form.  We cannot  process your application until we have all the documents.
• The school secretaries will contact you to bring your child in for the placement  test.
• Once the placement test has been marked, parents are to attend an interview.
• The placement test results and outcome of the interview will determine whether the child is accepted into the school or not.  Only once the registration fee has been paid, will the child’s name be added to the class list.
